I had the worst experience tonight. We usually enjoy ourselves but tonight was so bad I never want to come back. That makes me more upset because this was supposed to be one of our easy places. We asked for a table for five and told the hostess we don’t mind waiting for a big booth. Instead she sat us at a small table and put our baby in the aisle. Our only drink was a margarita which came out with table salt instead of margarita salt, and it already had melted ice like it was sitting out. An older lady came by. I think she was the manager and safe we weren’t being safe because we put our baby in the aisle. She said she needed to move us. We told her we specific asked for a booth. She made us grab all our stuff, our three screaming kids at this point who were upset and didn’t understand, and moved us to a half booth where we couldn’t trap our kids all the way in the back by the kitchen door where it was so hot. I even had to go back and forth three times to get all our stuff. On top of that they threw the kids drawings out so that was another whole mess to deal with. Our new server was nice and was the only redeeming part of this horrible evening. My wife just got back in town and we simply wanted an easy meal. Instead we got an awful experience, a manager was rude, never apologized or took ownership of your mistake not mine of putting me at a table we day that did not fit us, our kids were made to cry twice. As we left the manager doubled down and said she had to move us and still never apologized. Now instead we of enjoying my wife’s homecoming we are still miserable from such a bad experience. I never want to go back there now and that makes me mad too because I used to really like going there. Even if I do go back it’s never going to be the same because of how horribly this was handled.

First visit and it didn’t disappoint! Hannah was our server, and she was very patient and friendly. We asked to be seated away from everyone because our youngest isn’t vaccinated. They were all very accommodating and welcoming. Food was great, excellent selection that differs from other comparable places in West Ashley. We’ll definitely return!

Pretty decent overall. Service was ok, queso fundido with chorizo was excellent, nachos were great, and the chimichangas were decent. Prices were a little on the high side for what you get. Certainly not the best Mexican I’ve had but Overall not too shabby.

Worse experience in my history of dining. We had a large party and were seated fairly quickly which was surprisingly pleasant, but the pleasantries ended there. We were assigned a server who was extremely rude while taking our order which resulted in him making multiple mistakes bringing out the wrong dishes and not even ordering 3 meals. Once everyone finally had their meals, my 6 year old bit into a completely frozen hot dog. Please keep in mind her meal was one of the ones that was never ordered so for it to come out as we’re finishing and still be uncooked is completely ridiculous. I spoke to the manager who was also extremely rude blaming it on cultural differences instead of taking ownership for the poor service and subpar food experience. We spent over two hours in this restaurant waiting for them to correct their mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend this to an enemy.

The last few times I’ve been it’s certainly gone down hill. Service is slow. Hostesses are not friendly anymore. The food the last 2 times was cold in parts and warm at best in others, but not hot like a fresh meal. The other day we ordered and I ordered something to go as well. After waiting several minutes for our server to come back and give us the bill I didn’t see the food I ordered on it. Waited again and he said “oh sorry I forgot to order it” ♀️

Wonderful place! Great food, great service. Easy parking. I had the enchiladas poblano (photo) with refried beans instead of rice, and husband had carne asada. Pleased with safety measures, friendliness of staff. Great bar area as well, with Dos Equis Amber on draft!!
