Decided to come in today 8/25/23 for lunch, I immediately noticed the No refills on drinks signs and No refunds or exchanges and Extra charge for extra sauces. I’m ok with all this she asked dining in or take out, dining in. I pay for order and went and sat my drink down with my husband to go wash my hands. Imagine my shock when I see the bathroom is BLOCKED OFF! Not only could I not wash my hands before eating but I could not use the facilities either! So of course this did Not sit well with me! I told my husband this should have been a to go order after all! I mean why is the bathroom blocked off if you allow inside dining?!

I usually frequent the Kinston location, but I’m very rarely in Kinston anymore. I was in Goldsboro for the air show and had to stop by and get a hamburger sub. They’re so delicious and I miss being able to get them weekly in Kinston. Go give them a try!

The drive-thru speaker has been broken for years, so I pulled up to the window. (On my first visit, I sat there a long time waiting for service. There is no sign telling customers to order at the window.) No one ever came to the window this time, so I parked and went inside. The area behind the counter is messy–personal items, chairs, etc. The bathroom was blocked closed with chairs and tables. The only redeeming quality is they make good subs.

First time going today. I tried the roast beef daily combo special, my boyfriend had the Philly combo and each were delicious & we loved the thick crinkle fries! Aggies sauce is very good and a must! Definitely going to go back and try more food items. They have burgers, wings, subs, sandwiches, salads, and many sides on the menu. Clean establishment. Thanks for the excellent service!
