Great dining experience! The food was amazing. I ordered the almond boneless chicken, and my wife ordered the garlic chicken. Both entrees were wonderful! The egg drop soup was amazing too! We arrived at 7:00pm on a Wednesday and it was slammed. They seated us at the one of two tables that they had left open and we were a little nervous that the wait was going to be really long because of how packed it was. It wasn’t. It took about 15 minutes to put our order in, and that was only because of of how busy they were… and they gave us the heads up when we walked in. We had our food in about another 10 minutes after we ordered. We were impressed! We will be back.

Underwhelming birthday experience. Walking in the door it immediately smelled of gas. They said they cooked with propane. Couple in front of us walked out.

Very busy place service was great. We had crab Rangoon and it was fabulous so was the sweet and sour sauce. My mom had the wonton soup and she loved it too. I also had egg drop soup and it was flavorful and great. I ordered the beef with veggies and very good portion and tasty. My son got beef chow mein and he loved it. My wife got the green curry dish for takeout the next day and she loved it as well. Highly recommend if you have not been but be prepared to wait about 45 minutes for your meal due to staffing and the care they take in preparation of your food but well worth the wait!!!

We we’re traveling through and like to try new restaurants. After reading other reviews I ordered the Ah-Loy Pad Thai, it was excellent! The Spicy Chicken had a nice taste too. Very nice atmosphere.

This place has amazing Thai food! The best my husband and I have found in Northern Michigan! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff are great. We went for lunch and bought three appetizers and two main dishes (massaman and pad thai), which meant we took great leftovers home.

My wife and I decided to stop and eat here the other day while on a road trip. It was fairly cold outside, so we wanted something warm and filling. When we arrived there was only one table seated, but the restaurant filled up fairly quickly after we were seated–it seemed to be a popular place. My wife ordered the Generals Chicken (their take on General Tso sauced chicken) and I ordered the Szechuan with chicken. We also each ordered an egg roll. The meal came with an egg drop soup that was honestly the best egg drop soup either of us have ever had. This is not the lemon yellow colored “soup” that you get at some places. This was handmade, fresh ingredients, super flavorful soup. I could easily have made a meal of this soup if I’d had more of it, and if I lived in the area you can bet I would be coming by to pick up takeaway containers often. The egg roll was also freshly cooked and had all the appearance of being hand made. It was excellent. The Generals Chicken was good and flavorful, but we both found it to be a bit sweet for our taste…nothing wrong with it, just more than we would have preferred. The Szechuan chicken was excellent! It was flavorful and tasty. I ordered it with “fire” spice (their hottest) and would consider it a 4 / 10 spice level if you are a habanero and ghost pepper eating purveyor of spicy foods. All in all, a fantastic restaurant with friendly staff and excellent food, highly recommend.

By far the best Asian I’ve ever had. The atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming. The food takes a bit of time to come to you but it’s well worth the wait! The egg drop soup is incredible. I’ve had the Lo Mein, Generals Tos, and The sweet and sour chicken all of which weren’t disappointing.

I got an egg roll and the Generals Chicken. The meal also came with egg drop soup. The egg drop soup was the freshest and best I’ve ever had. The eggroll was obviously made in house, fresh and was perfect. Our food arrived hot and our server, Morgan delivered everything very promptly.

Probably the worst place ever. Maybe it is a north thing, but egg drop soup has eggs in it. And wonton soup has more than one wonton in it. We order shrimp fried rice and got two shrimps in it and it was a large!! Got the sampler and it was so sad looking. Sorry but for $50, not worth it at all.
