Delicious little spot we found!! We tried the Hawaiian Roll (SO GOOD, ponzu was delicious), Salmon Skin, Crispy Rice with spicy tuna, and some nigiri. The nigiri was absolutely amazing. We tried the spicy scallop, peppercorn tuna, mackerel, and freshwater eel. Atmosphere was cute, a darker ambiance, which I loved. Server was attentive and didn’t forget our extra sauces which was a nice touch as always.

I ordered the yakisoba and it had Nooooooo flavor whatsoever. Maybe it’s because all of the sauce dropped outside of the bag? Idk but it was also cold even though we got there when they told us the food would be ready. The sushi was ugly but my boyfriend liked it. We won’t be back since it was mediocre.

The food was great, and the portions were pretty large. My only complaint is that the staff was a little over attentive – we were trying to have a conversation and kept getting interrupted every couple of minutes with a “how is everything”, even when we were clearly in the middle of a discussion. But the food was worth coming back for!

Everything is fresh. Even the crab salad California roll is made with real crab, not imitation. Lunch is a bargain here. Ordered the sushi and sashimi bento which also includes miso soup and salad, served generously and almost a lunch on its own.
