Decided on this place based on a whim and was in the mood for ramen. I will tell you, they don’t disappoint. Acknowledged us instantly, handed us a menu and let us find a seat we wanted. Not even 2 minutes later brought us tall iced waters and asked if we wanted to order or wait a few minutes. We did wait so we could take a look at the menu. Decided on a couple Ramens. Came back and took our order about 2-3 minutes later. With in 5 minutes of ordering. Our food was brought out to us. Props to the Chef/s in the back. Flavor was amazing, ramen was cooked perfectly, the presentation was eye catching. Really enjoyed the whole experience. I will be back and telling more people about your amazing Ramen restaurant. Thank you AI Ramen.

Has a good bowl of spicy vegan ramen here with the fam. Wait staff was very friendly and considerate. I liked the spice level and the broth flavour but the toppings could have been better.

Ai Ramen was a delight. Large spacious lobby, staff is friendly, plus big and delicious portions! We tried the Unagi Don (eel with ric e) ; substituted the scallions with corn, topped with a sweet and salty sauce. Ai Ramen was there pork base Ramen (tonkotsu broth), broth was very creamy and rich. Everything was delicious! We’ll be coming back soon to try Izakaya plates.

Delicious food that gets from kitchen to table fast! To anyone thinking about trying their milk teas, just know that they’re bottled and not made in house. I’ve tried the Ai Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, and Takoyaki – very solid choices that will fill you up. I think one improvement that could be made is the staff. All of the times that I’ve visited the restaurant outside of peak lunch or dinner hours, it seems that there’s only been one server for the entire floor. Understandably, the server appears overwhelmed and wait times get longer. Please make sure your servers get the breaks they deserve! Other than that, I’ll be visiting this restaurant more often because of their reliable consistency in food quality – my go-to for ramen in Corvallis

The best Raman place in Corvallis. But just so you know the price is expensive. Takoyaki is awesome. Their beverages is not good. And with this price I will expect better Ramen.

Ramen looked great, but tasted plain and salty. All the ingredients were added in cold and the broth was not very hot. Not good to bite into very cold eggs and taste the frozen corn.

The food I’ve had here has always been consistently delicious and well made, but the heart put into my order tonight really convinced me that this is probably on of my favorite eateries in Corvallis.

Great food and great service. The Ai Ramen was hearty with a rich, creamy broth and the soft boiled egg cooked perfectly. The chicken karaage was moist and tender with just the right amount of seasoning that goes well with the spicy mayo. The agedashi tofu was deliciously crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, although the broth seemed to be sharper and saltier than most other places have; I personally prefer it to be more on the sweet side, but it was good nonetheless. Unfortunately I only ordered one quail egg skewer and wasn’t able to get a good sense of the taste, but the mantou skewer was great with the condensed milk on the side and would make a very good dessert for the meal. The staffers were attentive, courteous, and seemed to have things together fairly well for a restaurant on it’s first day. I will definitely be coming here again and am eager to see how the restaurant develops after a month or two.
