So this was my second time coming here. First time about 6 months ago was fantastic! Tonight was HORRIBLE! I order combination fried rice. I should have known something when the food arrived within 5 minutes. The rice was hard and the meet was CLEARLY old. I asked the guy who seemed to be in charge (although he had on shorts) when my food was prepared and he responded “just now.” This was Obviously a lie. Fresh food Never comes out this tough and distasteful. I should have refused to pay because I left over half of it on the place. He should have offered to fix the situation but he had no interest in doing so. The picture is the food I left behind. Waste of money. Going across the street to get a hamburger SMH!

We’ve been to this place several times. We had Volcano Roll, Panic Roll, Crunch Roll, Catepillar Roll, Ai Special Roll, Ahi Tuna Tower and Spicy Edamame. All the dishes were great. The Valcano roll is excellent. The service was kind of slow but the quality of the food made up for that.

Very fun sushi rolls! We also did the edamame, and the mackerel and eel nigiri; eel was great but the mackerel was meh and the edamame needed a bit more salt. Other than that the rolls were awesome. We did the daisy roll, the wow roll, and the crunch roll. The crunch roll had a bit too much of the tempura crunch but other than that the rolls were delicious. Will definitely return for random roll selections.

This is our second experience at Ai Sushi and it has become our go to place when visiting from Austin. The sushi is fresh and delicious. The wait staff is very friendly and we always enjoy our conversations with them. The shrimp tempura roll and the king crab roll are especially good. It is convenient since they stay open late and have limited free parking which we have been lucky enough to get both times. We will definitely stop by again the next time we are in Dallas.
