I’ve had many many soup dumplings, coming from New York. These were pretty basic, they did the job for me. The way they were served in their cardboard container was fine, but it needed a parchment paper lining because the dumpling dough kept sticking to the container and ripped all the dumplings open while trying to pick up. Ordered with a side of hot sauce

My recent experience at Ai Tallarin was nothing short of extraordinary! The ramen and dim sum offerings were an explosion of flavors that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The restaurant’s Manager deserves special mention for being incredibly kind and knowledgeable, enhancing our dining experience even further. The ambiance was charming, and the service was impeccable. Ai Tallarin is a culinary gem in Miami Beach that I would wholeheartedly recommend to all food enthusiasts!

Had the duck noodle for the very first time today and WOW! One slurp won me over. The noodles are freshly made, the duck was generously portioned and ever so tender, the broth, good till the last drop. This noodle dish is very elevated, one I would expect to find in high end restaurant. Chef Carlos is the real deal!

Ramen was not as spicy as expected but the overall flavor was good. Pork shumai was our favorite.

Ordered the rib eye steak ramen noodles soup. The soup itself is tasty. The steak is also good, but not the noodles, which seem undercooked.
