Amy and her team created an incredible spread for my wedding this past summer. The charcuterie board was absolutely stunning and it kept our guests fed leading up to a remarkable dinner including fresh summer veggies, salads, arroz con gandules — a specialty dish important to my wife’s family — and most exciting for me a whole hog cooked right on site. I can still taste those pig cheeks! They also kept our champagne, wine, and beer kegs chilled in a cooler truck with built-in taps and their bartending team kept the drinks moving all night long. Thank you so much for handling everything — and thank you for the cutting board 😉 !!

A great hole-in-the-wall that I was pleased to find! Had over an hour to kill between meetings and the staff were happy to let me sit and nurse my coffee. Had a great wrap, coffee, and dessert. Plan to stop by whenever I’m in Hudson!

Cleanliness is a top importance and it is very clean. Service is top notch. You get greeted as soon as you walk in the door. Sitting is so comfortable and homey feeling. The staff as well as Amy herself greet and chat with all that are willing. Order time to table time is great.

We booked Aim 2 Please Catering for our wedding in August 2022. They were the most incredible team to work with! Amy is attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating, and above all, kind. She and her team were so flexible and amazing throughout the event, even on the hottest weekend EVER, through issues with timing and power mishaps (both our fault). The two roast pigs were delicious, even our family from Puerto Rico and guests from Hawaii were blown away. The appetizers and sides were terrific as well. The staff worked so hard and were pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Aim 2 Please for any celebration! Whenever we have another celebration, we will absolutely be working with them again!
