We went there and sat down to eat. We thought we would try something first to see how the food tastes and perhaps order more food for carryout before we leave. I was surprised to see that the owner lady was angry because we just ordered one food. Explicitly told us, and I quote -” I just turned on the AC for you guys??!” Implying that why didn’t we ordered more food and spend more money, because she turned on the AC and we are dining in!! Something so bizarre that I have never experienced from a restaurant before. It’s hot summer outside, so you would want to sit inside with your two little kids and family regardless of how much money you’re spending. If restaurant is not ready for dine in or spending money on electric bill, just make everything for take out! Problem solved. It was an insulting experience, to be honest, and we immediately left the dining room. It hurts more because I specifically went there to support a Muslim franchise, who is serving Chinese halal food, which is very rare in USA, but their behavior was completely out of the line. We ended up taking out the food and eating in our car. Fried rice isn’t great, chicken nuggets were ok.

If I had the option to give 0 stars I would. The food is horrible 0 out of a 10. They tell you one price over the phone and the driver gives you another price when he gets here. I’ve ordered from here 4 times and each time I had to call the store because they sent me something different from what I asked and paid for. Never order from here

I’ve been coming here for years and have always ranked it 4 stars. But it hasn’t been the same since the staff change. I always order the same dish and today was the second time I’ve ordered it and started throwing up. The first time I thought maybe it was a coincidence, but today it’s the only thing I’ve eaten and I didn’t even complete the meal before throwing up. They deny a change in ownership but everything has changed, I won’t be coming here anymore.

My wife and I ordered food and found a fly floating inside the uptown tea. We contacted the store and they did nothing to help us. The manger didn’t even call us back. We will never go back there again. I don’t recommend this Chinese spot. Beware of flies in the food and drinks
