Ordered a delivery direct last night through their website and it never came. After waiting for 90 minutes I called the store and they said none of the online orders went through. I asked them to refund and he didn’t know how to call back and talk to the manager in the morning. So no pizza, no refund, wasted 90 minutes waiting and I have to call back. Owner said the power went out and the printer never got hooked back up because of the power. When I called the worker already knew from someone else that didn’t get their food the orders weren’t working….Hmm maybe then they should have done something about it instead of oh sorry, no food for you and we’re keeping your money until tomorrow. Owner wanted me to drive to the store to pickup my refund. Acting like it wasn’t his fault for a customer not getting their order. No compensation offered. A free pizza or even half off would have kept my business for all the hassle and wasted time. Instead, the owner acted like it wasn’t a concern of his. Never again. STAY AWAY, the owner doesn’t appreciate his customers.

Pizzas and pepper cheese balls were very good. I didn’t get the ranch I asked for but I did forget to check the bag before I left. Mistakes happen, no big deal. Food and service was still 5 start worthy. We will be back.

I took my grandma to AJ Bambinos for dinner the other night. I was nervous due to my grandma being in a wheelchair but I was so delighted to see they had handicap parking for her and an easy way to get up to the patio! The owner greeted us and took our order so quick. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and it was ready in 15 minutes ! We couldn’t believe it we asked him how it was so fast. He said he was the best I believe he is after tasting the pizza! Beautiful crust cooked perfectly. Aj Bambinos is truly a family owned business. I think moon township has truly found something special

Out of the three orders I’ve placed with them, only one was worth the money spent. I ordered breaded mushrooms and they were salty, I ordered a taco salad with had stale chips and not much of what the menu said it had, and the only thing that I ever ordered that was right was a gyro.
