This is a Haitian grocery store and hot food market. They also sell smoothies, juice and coffee. The grocery store was stocked with a few pantry staples for Haitian cuisine. It seemed to be priced pretty fair. The food was ok. It could have used more seasoning and flavor for my tastes but it was ok. We ordered griot plate and chicken combo with no rice with 2 patties. We thought we would be receiving the pastry patties but we got extra plantain patties. You get a fair amount of food for the money. The chicken combo came with 3 small leg quarters.

Food was excellent but there was barely any meat in the legumes. Felt like I was eating vegan legumes.

Everyone was really nice but the food was just ok. I was excited to try the griot but it was really dry and I couldn’t finish it. Not sure if I’m going to come back.

Horrible customer service whoever the woman is with the braces is very lazy I called in my order a hour in advance because I have a busy schedule today I came almost 120mins to be exact just to be told I would have to wait another 10-15 because the order wasn’t made because she was so busy but as I walked in she was seating down talking to 5 men ( maybe staff not sure) then had the nerve to as “ do you want me to start your order) ADVICE FROM YOUR CUSTOMER PLEASE STOP ACCEPTING OVER THE PHONE ORDERE IF YOUR NOT GOING TO DO THEM

This place is definitely a must check out! They’ve been open for about 6 months now and have amazing food, as well as a small store you can buy groceries from. There’s currently three tables you can sit at, but they are currently working on expanding and are doing the construction now. Their pates with ground beef and hard boiled egg (empanada like appetizer) are fantastic. So far I’ve had their curry chicken, fried red snapper and today I tried the oxtail. All three dishes have been outstanding!! The oxtail with rice and beans and plantains was so flavorful that it was hard to put my fork down. I’ve also sampled their fried goat (tassot de cabrit) and it was very tasty. Not only is the food excellent, the service is as well.
