We went to Aji Carbon for Fathers Day and had a great experience. They sat us immediately and were very attentive to all of our need. Our Waiter Enrique did a great job, he also makes the best pisco sour. I highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious! I’m a huge fan of ceviche and I have to say that this was one of the best that I’ve had here in South Florida. Service was great as well from our servers José and Enrique and the passion fruit cheesecake was heavenly. Was also impressed by how clean the place was. If you’re looking for some great Peruvian food then this is definitely the place!

I placed a carry-out order over the phone for a medio pollo a la brasa (half chicken) with fries. The lady who took my order said it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. AS SOON as I arrive, the bartender/cashier wanted me to pay the bill. I ask her where’s the food and she tells me without hesitation and without checking that it should be right out. So in good faith I paid for the meal upfront. BIG MISTAKE!

Beautiful new location in Biscayne Blvd – Aventura , excellent atmosphere, urban style interior design. The food is so delicious, very tasty, wonderful presentation, I tried Ceviche carretillero as appetizer (classic ceviche topped with crunchy fried calamari) , causa de pollo, and the main course was a nice Risotto Pesto with Filet mignon (wow, what a delicious combination).

Good flavors. Overpriced. Main course took a long while. Had to return Pesto Rissotto it was undercooked hard not aldente. After fixing it, it was ok. Steak was good. But wouldnt return.

Overpriced dishes for small quantity. I make better fried rice. octupus was $$$$ for small difficult to chew tenticle. 2nd time there, but last time…ceviche was good, but had more corn grains than fish….better the first time.
