Sensory heaven!!! Best peruvian food I’ve experienced. Aji explosion was absolutely delicious. Classic cerviche was really good as well. Risotto with Lomo was cooked perfectly. Their medium spicy sauce was so tasty. Service and food presentation were excellent. Definitely will become a regular.

Heard about this restaurant today and decided to try it for dinner. Good atmosphere, our server Javier was terrific. The spaghetti with pesto along with the churrasco was out of this world. The steak was done to perfection. Will definitely be returning.

I have tried other Peruvian restaurants in the area but Aji Ceviche Bar is by far the best Peruvian restaurant in Tampa Bay. Great service , clean, spacious, and above all the food is chef kiss. I haven’t had Peruvian food this good in a long time. All the ceviches are really good. Pescado a lo macho y lomo saltado con risotto a la huancaina is to die for. Chocolucuma for dessert was delicious so fluffy and fresh. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. Our server Javier was great also.

2nd time visiting the Best Peruvian restaurant in Tampa. The food, the atmosphere and everything is great. Maria was our waitress today, she was cordial and helped us to choose the dishes. We will definitely be back soon.

Had a great experience here. The food was delicious but what made my experience greater was the bartender. I went by myself but the bartender was very friendly. It almost felt like I wasn’t alone. A combination of the two experiences made this 5 star for me and I’m sure you’ll agree if you go. Definitely coming back!

I am so glad we finally have a fabulous Peruvian restaurant around my neighborhood! The food was delicious, and the service outstanding. Our server Kimberly was very attentive and courteous. She took the time to explain the many options and made recommendations. This was out first time at Aji Ceviche with out of town family and we were delighted. If you are looking for a place to enjoy good food and Pisco Sour drinks, look no further. A must place to visit.

It is a true Ceviche bar. They have a huge selection of different ceviches. We tried a sampler ( it was 3 different ceviches) and we chose seafood mix 2$ extra and it was delicious. Absolutely worth 30$. Drinks were amazing, especially pisco sour with passion fruit. Bartender is super nice, knowledgeable and professional. We will be back for sure.
