Dropped by this local family business on my way home from work. I parked in the back and went through their back entrance. They immediately greeted me and kindly gave me some hot tea despite me saying I just wanted to order some take out. The waiter’s favorite kimbaps are the meat and tuna. As I watched through the big window looking into the kitchen, nothing beats knowing that the cute grandma head chef made your food with love (who also walked me out of the restaurant). I ordered the meat, shrimp and crunchy chicken kimbaps. They also put the radishes and sauces (spicy Mayo for shrimp tempura and tonkatsu sauce for crunchy chicken) in separate containers. I appreciated their quality and freshness of ingredients. I wasn’t impressed with the crunchy chicken, but enjoyed the meat and shrimp. Will be coming back to try more different kimbaps!

We ordered three Bibimbob. The menu says the ingredients are: carrot, spinach, onion, zucchini, mushroom, cucumber. The dish was served with none of those. Bowl only had meat, rice and lettuce. Shameful and unacceptable! Don’t go here.

We got the jahmpong, and it was just meh. Vegetables were raw and hard. Not a lot of seafood flavor, overly spicy. There was also a hint of heavy scented dishwashing soap smell in the soup (please use 100% *unscented* soap). Slippery silicone-oil based lotion residue on the bowls and textured paper cups – this active form of new lotion/sanitizer = once it embeds into your skin, it doesn’t wash out with soap and water, and is continuously and very annoying slippery for a long time.
