While I would not consider this the most authentic Thai cuisine, it is still a great find. Fairly wide range of options including Chinese and curry dishes, along with Thai. Food is quite good with large portions and very good prices. Decor is minimal and most people seem to carry out, but the owner and employees are very nice. Will definitely be back.

“Spicey Pad thai” is my favorite here. One cool thing about this place is they have made me a dish (spicey cucumber salad) not on their menu. Kudos to Aj thai cuisine.

What an awesome surprise! We stopped here on a road trip from Kansas City to Shreveport. AJ’s was along our route, very unassuming and perhaps some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had (and I way Thai often!). I ordered the Tom kha soup, fried rice with beef, and my friend ordered the pad ke mau – all Thai hot. To our surprise, they actually nailed the heat level and the spices they used were so flavorful! I will be craving this place now! Can’t wait to venture back this way to stop here again.

Stopped in on a whim after being curious about AJ’s. Husband got the chicken Pho and I ordered chow Mein. Both were absolutely delicious. We had a side of egg rolls that were some of the best we have ever had. Worth the stop and just under $20. Will be back.
