Came in here after work one day, last week, on 6/13/23. Usually I only visit once or twice a year, on my birthday as a special occasion. I was disappointed to hear that they’d only do the hibachi show as a group of 2 or more people, and not if you were alone, or nobody else was waiting. I don’t really understand this methodology, because they are still paying that chef to be on the clock, they are still paying for the same food to be prepared on some other cooking implement in the back, and they’re still taking in the same amount of money from the food sale at the end of the day… Color me confused.

I ordered Chicken Hibachi for takeout for the first time and was very disappointed. For being $22+ I thought the portions would be a larger but it was quite small. It wasn’t big enough to share between 2 people. Had 2 tiny pieces of shrimp as an the “appetizer”. Definitely was not worth what they price it at, tasted average. Would not recommend ordering it if you’re getting take out. Hopefully the dining in experience is better…

Sick of The Lies
Look at photos. One is from this place which had a 20 year old Hispanic sushi “chef” with large fake diamond earrings in….(should have walked out when I saw him) and one is from Passionfin. Notice the difference?? They served me yellow white Tuna here. It was a train wreck of a meal. Maybe the hibachi is good but don’t order the sushi here. If people aren’t ordering enough sushi to justify a real sushi chef and fresh fish take it off the menu or close.

Very nice local teppanyaki place. The appetizers were small – the shrimp tempura only had 2 pieces, but they were very good! The dinner portions were generous, the drinks were wonderful! I didn’t particularly enjoy the fried rice, seemed like something was missing – just mediocre. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I’ve been coming here with my whole family for every birthday since they opened and used to love it, but it’s not as good as it used to be. I can understand increasing the price of the food, but why change the rest? The last few times I went, the food quality just wasn’t as good, server took longer to clear the soup and salad bowls, and portions are smaller than they used to be… The most disappointing thing for me though is that they switched to a different brand of “yum yum sauce” and the new one is watery and has a completely different flavor.

We have been coming here for years and its definitely going down hill. We werent even done with our food they came over to sing happy birthday, give my daughter her dessert and took our picture (all while we are in the middle of eating). I have never felt so rushed at restaurant. By the time she was done eating to eat her ice cream .. it had melted.
