The chicken rice bowl was flavorful and it’s enough to share. The vada pav was delicious. I recently tried the Hakka noodles which was good too. It’s thick noodles in a curry sauce with some veg and your choice of protein. Give them a try.

Delicious and high quality food onsite at 3Magnets Brewing, Olympia. Forgot to take pics before diving in, but gorgeous and flavorful rockfish and veggies curry rice bowl and chicken Hakka noodles in a tangy sauce were great. Next stop I’ll try the grass fed burger, dude next to me made it look tasty!

THEY R TAKING ALL MY MONEY I love them haha they will make your food the way YOU WANT IT and work with your preferences!! great customer service rice bowl (curry chicken green beans red onion peppers kale tomato) was a nice altogether flavor wasn’t too much! INDIAN BURGER ( vada pav ) is my go to love it , the Bombay roll is another one, I recommend to try everything they got!

I got the artichoke fritters, vada pav, cilantro garlic fries, and the Bombay Wrap with paneer. Presentation for everything was beautiful: bright, fresh, well-assembled. The vada pav were AMAZING! I’m so glad I bought 3. Everything we got also reheated super well in an air fryer (we wanted to try many dishes and I’m not local).

This place was phenomenal! I literally cannot believe how good the food tastes. There’s already a bunch of good reviews so I won’t take up too much space with this one. I’ll just say if you are wondering on if you should go for 1 or 3 of the sliders go for 3. I went with one and am currently regretting it as it was the best vegan burger I’ve ever ate hands down. No comparison not even beyond burger is that good.

The ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I did not expect to have one of the best curry meals I’ve had from a food truck/trailer. Forget your 5 star restaurants this place is the real deal. Everyone must try this place. I love supporting small businesses and I will be back to try something different on the menu. Looking forward to it .

Akashic has an exciting menu. They have good-sized portions and the flavors are superb. The prices at the truck were actually less expensive than what I found online. Only suggestion I have is that they drained a little more liquid from the kimchi, but I thoroughly enjoyed the anunnaki burger. Can’t wait to try more dishes.

My wife said it was too spicy but she sure ate all my fries. I thought everything was delicious and I didn’t feel terrible after eating. Parking was easy nearby but I may have come by during off hours.
