I will admit that when I first walked in, i was not blown away. It’s small, a bit warm, and not super inspiring. Also, hibachi was off the menu because the cook wasn’t in tonight. But, when I tried the sushi, none of that mattered. In fact, it was perfect. The atmosphere probably keeps prices low and keeps the crowds away. And if I had ordered anything but sushi I might have been jealous when sushi arrived. The sushi is AMAZING. Huge rolls, big, juicy slices of fish, and even the ginger tastes fresh. Absolutely stellar work by the three guys behind the counter and great job by management getting them fresh ingredients to work with.

Date night with my youngest son! I ordered three rolls: Boston, yellowtail & jalapeño, and the spicy salmon. The yellowtail & jalapeño roll was my favorite! Absolutely decadent! My son ordered the Salmon Teriyaki bento box. He enjoyed his. I tried a piece of the California roll on this plate and can confidently recommend all the sushi rolls I tried today. The service was very good!

The food is fantastic the ambience is horrible. It’s just a really poorly decorated space and feels like a shoe store when you walk in. Luckily the food is fantastic and it’s probably some of the best sushi I’ve ever had.

Great food at this small sushi shop! The rolls are bigger than I’ve gotten from other sushi restaurants. Definitely recommend! Favorite roll of the night was the Magic Roll, also got the delicious Mango Tango, Mango Lover, and the Gold Metal Roll

Food is absolutely amazing! The appetizers come out before the main meal and they give you plenty of time to enjoy before the main course. Staff is very attentive and friendly, they have since opened the inside and it’s very nice, simple and cozy. I highly recommend going for their lunch specials they are delicious and very good size portion as well as a good price.

My clients were in the mood for Japanese and picked this spot. They called in the order and I wanted the shrimp teriyaki. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. When I walked in they were not permitting anyone inside. The lady came and took my payment and I left. When I ate the food was very good. I liked the teriyaki sauce. The shrimp was cooked well and so were the vegetables. I had a good experience.

Stopped by here for a well deserved meal after a day of skiing– highly recommend it!!! The sushi was FANTASTIC and the hibachi exquisite! I highly recommend the Spicy Tuna Dumplings and the Gold Metal Roll. Bento box? Delicious. Miso soup? Not too salty– very rich!
