We wanted to give a try because we had a good experience at the Thai restaurant next to them. We checked the menu before going and the menu looked interesting. To order you need to scan a QR where it sends you to a website where you can see the whole menu, but my surprise was that a lot of things were disabled. I among all the ramen options they had, only 4 were available and during our stay we’ve seen people leaving because the ramen they wanted it wasn’t available. Also you need to pay +tip throught the same website before they serve the food. If you want to pay in cash you need to call the waitress. Gyozas and Takoyakis were good, I ordered the Yuzu ramen since the one I wanted wasn’t available and my partner the Tokyo Ramen. Apparently there’s regular and Max size. I ordered the Max size for around extra $5. But honestly it looks the same as a regular size. The Ramen wasn’t rich on flavor, I could only taste the chasu.

We thought the ambience was very cool. Yes, ordering everything on the phone is a little on the new side and not very personal, service staff should at least warmly welcome the guests. And everything came out at once: apps, soup, drinks. Would have loved to wait with a drink at least. And we were a bit disappointed that they were out of a lot of ramen choices on a Friday night, hope it was a busy day for them…

CONTACTLESS DINING. I went on a Friday afternoon, but not sure what to expect. The place seems big outside, but the setup inside throws you off. They could definitely rearrange the seating. I was sat on a long table in between two other couples, which was fine, but instantly, I knew some friends I could not dine with here. There is no physical menu, so make sure your phone is charged. You view the menu, place your order, and pay all online with the QR code on your table. The only time we spoke to the one waitress was when she sat us and brought us water, and that was it. I waited about 30 minutes for my food, so I was getting antsy and skeptical about this place, but once I got my food….WORTH IT ALL. I would definitely go back. Plenty of parking, great location, and our food was delicious!

Went for their soft opening an hour before closing. Seated right away. Smaller spot, but wall to wall windows out front so definitely will be bright if you take a daytime trip. Custom wall to wall mural with art covering the shiplap and faux brick walls. There was a 12 seat table was either for a larger group or more communal seating with about 30 or so seats overall. Super cool space. Limited menu until the grand opening, but everything was delicious. Got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen, miso ramen, and the takoyaki.

The ramen was delicious and had a ton of flavor. Prices ranged from 15 to 20 dollars for ramen. The establishment is small, you order on your phone and pay on there as well. There is an option to pay cash, but you have to let your waiter know ahead of time. There is an abundance of parking as it is located in a plaza.

Great ramen! Needs to work on service. We had to get up and get our own water and not served at the same time as my group. All understandable since it’s a new place. I got Black Garlic ramen and it was delicious.

before getting in, we had to wait about 30 minutes outside. it’s not really the restaurant’s fault, but the fact that they don’t offer take out or a text-waiting program is frustrating and probably not helping. when we got in, we waited about 20 minutes for our food. the ramen was about half of the size of the usual amount that we get for that price. it was also mainly noodles, without many toppings. the broth was ok. i hate to leave a bad review but this was quite the experience.

So happy there is a decent ramen place in Andover. We had the Shoyu and Spicy Tonkotsu Shio Ramen and looking forward to trying the rest of the menu as these were great. Full taste, lots of toppings and tasty noodles.
