I visited Al Amir Bakery on Brookehurst and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their baked goods. The atmosphere inside the bakery was warm and welcoming, with a lovely aroma of freshly baked bread and pizzas filling the air. The owner and staff are very friendly. They are open late to accommodate the late eating hours of Ramadan which is great. We got a veggie pizza and it was enough for two people and very good! The interior isn’t the best looking but the food is totally worth it!

Service is good. Had mini Zara’s and cheese- this is actual famous topping people recommend here. Over all good. Had morning break fast – just the pizza. You won’t get whole lot of break fast here like coffee and other stuffs. But pretty simple restaurant. Good price and good pizza something different and subtle.

Really love the pastries. I’m new to this store and I’m impressed with the manooshe that they make. Just one thing I would recommend to them is to not bake them too much because they were a bit burned on the edges, and also to put way less oil because it spilled everywhere in the car. Otherwise I really recommend this place for manaeesh. They taste authentic and the staff is very friendly and professional.

Dirty, worn down, food is mediocre (the bottom of our maneesh had tons of burnt flour.) Prices on menu state Sojouk and Cheese is $6.99 guy charged us $9.50 and told us “These are the new prices, new menus on the way” this is why this place was COMPLETELY EMPTY. Do better for your community!
