Food was amazing! Some of the best Mac and cheese I have eaten in very long time, got an order of esquite with mayo… and it was delicious! The chicken was seasoned perfectly and cooked perfectly! The gentleman who took our order was very busy (a great sign!) friendly, patient and answered any questions I had. When we had ordered everything my mind was blown at how reasonable the whole meal cost, which is rare these days!!! Will definitely be back!

The dark meat on chicken was so much more tender and juicy than the white meat, which is reasonable but a little sad. The flavor was on point. Sauce on the rib was very sweet. The mixed vegetables and cactus were pretty good. Not perfect but definitely huge portions for the price.

After eating here (and the original location on 29) dozens of times over the last 6 years I felt compelled to write a review. Every single time the food has been amazing and the team has always seemed to know exactly what to do. As a small business owner myself I know how hard it is to achieve this level of consistency, given that no one operates in a vacuum, despite that seeming to be the expectation of businesses these days. This is easily one of my favorite restaurants in town.

Cinco de Mayo deliciousness!! Got the burrito with shrimp and was pleasantly surprised chicken was also included. With the rice and beans also, it was very filling, so I saved some for later. If you haven’t tried the cactus, then you need to! Very similar to green beans, and I enjoy the spice with chorizo added. Staff is friendly every time. I’ll always be a customer as long as they’re in business!!

This was my first time trying out this restaurant. They advertise rotisserie chicken and many other options. The first thing was their counter service. The cashier was extremely nice and explained the menu options. I ordered half a chicken and the yellow rice as my side choice. Service was fast. My food was really good. I loved the rice. I will stop back in again before I leave the area.

Been to both locations and the food was fantastic at both. The sandwiches are phenomenal and loaded with taste. Elote is great as well. Very helpful lady behind the counter was quick to offer help with the menu. All good things.

The food was decent. I’m only giving 2 stars because of the guy at the register/cashier. He was impatient and had a nasty attitude like he didn’t want to be there or he didn’t want to serve us. Maybe he’s racist, because he’s not being nasty towards the white customers.
