We stopped in after a long weekend in Westport. We placed our orders not realizing that we were ordering meals that took longer to cook so close to closing time. The employees/owners were amazing and so accomplished. Our food was amazing! We will be back. 🙂 We had steak fajitas, aqua shrimp chile, carne asada, and a ribeye steak. Everything was amazing! We had a birthday celebration for my Sister and called same day to reserve a table. Nellie was awesome and our table was waiting for us. The food was authentic and so delicious. The presentation was beautiful and so picture perfect. Nellie made the whole experience so nice and very memorable . We will come for future events or just to savor the authentic dishes that CARBON MEXICAN STEAKHOUSE offer. Great service, excellent food and super chill atmosphere.

The food is very good, but a little on the spendy side. The atmosphere isn’t great. They do offer more authentic Mexican cuisine than most places though. The bar has a nice selection of spirits to choose from.

Nothing will warm your heart, body and spirit up better than a bowl of their delicious tortilla soup on a cold rainy night!! The food here is worth every penny – they only use high quality ingredients and the chefs are truly talented.

Tried this place out last month and went back a second time 2 weeks later. Great food. Very happy with everything they brought out. Love the different salsas they provide. Great flavors, taste foods, everyone leaves full and happy. Customer service gets 5 starts as well. She is so sweet, goes above and beyond to make Custer’s happy.

Very bad services and VERY bad attitudes. We were served the wrong plate and they insisted it was the right one. From the start we had negative attitudes from something as simple as how they said “we’re out of limes”. I hope they can fix this but, until then I would steer people away.
