Sorry- I already started digging in! The food was amazing, I got the Makloubi. It was delicious!! The meat was very fresh and flavorful, the vegetables and rice were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. We got the stuffed grape leaves as a starter and they taste very authentic, you can tell it’s homemade and not canned like most places, I highly recommend them. The owner of the store has a kind soul and is very friendly, he’s open to any requests and if you’re struggling to pick between all the amazing choices he will be happy to recommend you something.

I walked in and was warmly welcomed by owner Al Ryan. I started with a side order of French Fries because, I LOVE French Fries. Unlike fast food fries, these were cooked on the spot and not cooling off under a heat lamp. Crisp, slightly salty and HOT! Perfection. Next was the Lamb Kabob platter with Basmati Rice and a light salad. Hot. Savory and seasoned to perfection. Thanks Al Ryan, I will return on Saturday to enjoy your Lamb Curry. Rating 5

Best Greek food I’ve had! GREAT service. I got the Koofta and fries. Authentic Greek food with lots of options. Worth every penny. Perfectly seasoned lamb meat and soooo so delicious! Dined here tonight with my family for the first time, we just Googled places around Lynchburg to eat and saw this place and decided to give it a try. Believe me when I tell you this is REAL Middle Eastern food, two members of my party were from Jordan and vouched for the authenticity. Also, we all agreed this was by far the best Middle Eastern food we have had outside of the Middle East. Everything was fresh (not prepared until you have ordered), seasoned to perfection and good sized portions. We plan on making this a regular place for our family.

If I could leave 100 stars I would. Very sweet owner, he cooks all his own food and helps serve as well. It is a small restaurant but don’t let the place fool you, it is well worth the experience and price. We arrive at closing time, but he still welcomed us in and allowed us to eat comfortably and served us with kindness and patience. We also enjoyed his Turkish coffee, which was smooth, sweet, bitter and decadent all at the same time (no milk, sugar, sweetener or color needed). Food was amazing, and me and my husband will definitely be back.
