Order a grilled chicken salad, and what I got was a tomato salad instead. The grilled chicken salad was bombed with tomatoes. Called in to make a complaint, instead of an apology, I was brushed off like who cares. Well, I cared enough to leave this review. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the lack of respect shows how much they care about their customers.

Attract customers with a fake menu online that hasn’t been updated with prices. Subs aren’t the same anymore and more expensive. For a basic sub it’s very overpriced.

Great subs and great service. The only problem I always notice is that the service is not consistent. from one chef to another, the sandwich tastes completely different. That’s the biggest problem I face when I order from Albasha. Another small, but affecting issue is that the fries are NEVER ready. you go after 30-40 mins to pick up the sub & fries, the fries are not ready and you’d have to wait for another 10 mins.

The quality of the bread and meat of the subs here at Albasha subs was excellent. I ordered the chicken sub and the philly cheese steak, both were around $10. The prices for the drinks was also reasonable. Another great thing about this place is the parking, there is a little parking lot right down the street from Albasha. Overall a very good restaurant if you want subs or sandwiches.

This place has been around for a really long time. Growing up in east Dearborn it used to be the place to be. Food coasts have gone up and restaurant owners are looking for other alternative’s to save money, the product hasn’t been the same at many locations. I hope they get it together and go back to the original taste.
