We attempted to get food here July 3. Placed a very simple order 3 people. Waited 20 mins before asking and while waiting they served at least 6 drive through people and 3 walk ins. As we were waiting a large crowd of 5 Hispanic males walk in and while we are STILL WAITING AND INQUIRING about our food they order and are being served already. So apparently they don’t Like the white race.

I want to say I’ve been coming here regularly for over 2 years now and still get my orders wrong. I’ve gotten some attitude here and there. Today, i went to order a breakfast burrito that came out more than the burrito i normally get. No way! So i got my normal burrito. So i thought, because im being gouged left and right by this place, and it’s the closest taco shop near me, for all of you who do take this part of the LAW seriously HERE YOU GO. IF YOU FIND IT, FIGHT FOR IT. BY LAW, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO GIVE IT.

Arrived at Albertacos and “thought” we were going to Alberto’s. Menu is very different (should have been our first clue). The cashier was sort of friendly. Cost was $30 for 2 drinks and 2 meals. We both ordered taco and enchilada plate. The taco was very good. The rest of the food was barely warm.

We come to Albertacos once a week and we get a quesadilla and fries and we never have any problems. The food is always good. This time we ordered Taquitos and a burrito and everything came out great.

Food is decent, but the customer service here is terrible. We ordered some rolled taquitos with 2 shredded beef quesadillas. We asked her to read the order back to us. She read it back wrong, saying 2 shredded beef tacos. We corrected her, telling her we weren’t ordering any tacos, they were 2 shredded beef quesadillas. She said ok, we’ll fix that. Fast forward 20 minutes, we get home, open our order to eat & find out – you guessed it – we got tacos!! We call back to tell her we’d like to bring back the tacos to exchange for the quesadillas we ordered in the first place & she says they’ll charge the difference! I work customer care & I’m sorry, if one of my customers made it home (20 minutes away) & had to drive BACK to fix an order I messed up – AFTER being corrected, I’d honor the cost as a courtesy. I asked to speak to the manager, she said wasn’t in. When I asked what days/hours he worked, so I could call back, she said she “didn’t know.” My mind was blown. I’ll be contacting the Better Business Beareau & eating elsewhere until proper customer service is provided at this establishment.
