The only reason I return to this location every once in a while is because I like the quesadillas and the little lady that works during lunchtime. She always remembers me, and I go 6+ months in between visits sometimes. The quesadilla is a great deal at 4.75, packed full of cheese and is always piping hot. I cannot say the same for their enchiladas. Every single time I’ve ordered enchiladas, the cheese inside is cold. The sauce isn’t even really hot either. Knowing this, for dinner tonight I asked nicely when ordering if they could please cook it longer to fully melt the cheese inside. She asked if I wanted them to microwave it because all they do is pour the sauce on top. I said whatever you gotta do to melt the cheese please. My home is 1 mile away. I unpacked the food. Quesadilla- hot and tasty like usual. Enchiladas- COLD. Sucks because I even agreed to them putting it in the microwave (which doesn’t sound very professional. She could have just said okay we’ll heat it more). It’s not half melted, it’s like completely not melted cheese. If I need a quick quesadilla during the lunch time, I’ll return. Anything else at any other time, I’ll drive further for another location.

I love this place however I just now got home from ordering my cheese enchiladas plate, let me remind you it was only a 5 min drive, and my cheese enchiladas were not even cooked, the cheese wasn’t even melted. I’m very disappointed

Today I had one of the worst experiences in getting food with an online order because I don’t speak English or Spanish fluently but I know how to make myself understood when I order online and I go to the restaurant to pick it up (I really try to speak clearly and apologize for my little vocabulary and even try to ask to speak in Spanish in the hope of understanding me and making me understand ) but in the last case I say that I will go to the next window to show my cell phone with my order in English and the person will see what I’m trying to say , but today the person insisted on something several times in the service at the drive thru where I explained that it was pickup the name of how I made the order and which application I used but I couldn’t make myself understood so I moved on after a few minutes I waited to be answered at the next window and even there I continued informing the name of my order and I received the same insistence on something I did not understand and I showed my cell phone she did not want to look she insisted on repeating and I was saying that I didn’t understand (I really felt really bad in that situation) then for some reason and many minutes later I asked with a very limited vocabulary more than in the absence of it I use Google translator which I didn’t have the opportunity on that occasion due to insistence and tone of insistence of the person who answered me I said what was in the order she listened and gave me the bag with the order that was already closed and ready next to the window. I really don’t understand why I had to go through such a bad situation to get something so simple (I really try to be cordial and kind and I hope people are like that too more if they’re not neutral but never rude) I’m sorry if anyone else has gone through this. I wouldn’t want to go through that again when I place a new order.

Hi everybody I am at Alberto’s for Magnolia and riverside. This is one of the cleanest restaurants . The cashier was very friendly If I had Owned A business I probably would have tried to take her. They have very good seating they even have games that you can play. They also have the candy machines. They also have a cook that made the best Sopes One was chicken and 1 was steak But you know how sometimes you go to restaurants and get that and it’ll be soggy not here nice and crispy. Everybody know I keep it real.

There are lots of choices to pick from. There isn’t a ton of parking space because it shares the lot with other business in the area. I get the bean and cheese burrito and think that tastes great. The food is VERY greasy. The cheese quesadilla is half grease, a quarter cheese and a quarter tortilla. The green salsa is awesome. Moral of the story is don’t eat here if you are trying to eat healthy. Veggie options available. Good eating if you have a hangover.
