Albert’s is a local favorite with a great menu. Boasts a family friendly sit down area as you enjoy some amazing dishes. Wear your stretchy pants as you will need to roll yourself out. If you want to go big, try the quesadilla wrapped carne asada burrito.

This is our goto Mexican food Restaurant when we in the East County. Alway either get their crispy tacos or thier lettuce wrap Tacos and they are the best!! Comes with ther fresh salsa and warm chips. Cant bet this place for great food and service!!

1. I dislike the first thing you’re presented with is a tip menu. These things are getting old. Maybe tips in the old days meant, “To insure proper service”, but tips is something you give for excellent customer service. So asking for a tip the minute you pick up your to go order is stupid

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had! Really! Eight of us were together for lunch. We all had great dishes. Tasty, well presented, and generously served. One order was misinterpreted by the customer but Albert quickly replaced it anyway, complimentary. If I didn’t live 1,800 miles away I’d be a regular here!

It wasn’t the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Better places in lakeside. I got rolled tacos but they didn’t really seem to have much flavor in the meat. The cheese was super greasy, I had to put a napkin on it. It looked good but it’s not really.
