Giving neutral until I find out for myself if this original location STILL makes the famous square pie properly and it tastes like it did in the 1980’s. If not, I will be done with Alberts ! Because Albert retired and moved to Florida. This is a new owner. Other locations like Hauppauge and Ronkonkoma are TERRIBLE ! Nothing like Albert’s famous. Garbage pizza from people who think that we don’t remember or care. Nothing like original Albert’s so I hope Copiague does not disappoint. But I fear they will be just as bad. I will change my review at a future date for better or worse once I taste their square pie.

Copiague Albert’s is the best of the locations IMO. They’re all good but if I want “Albert’s pizza” (square pie w/sauce on top of mozz), I go to Copiague. It’s a consistent, fresh product every time. Their sauce is DELICIOUS, their square pizza is in a league of its own. I’m craving it just writing this…. SO SO GOOD. There’s a lot of really great pizza on LI but none of them are Albert’s. IYKYK 😉

There is none like Albert’s!!! Food is delicious and the service is great. I have been enjoying their pizza and pasta for over 30 years. The owner is great and always there to greet you with a smile!! I recommend Albert’s to everyone!!

If you haven’t tried the upside-down square pizza then you’re missing out on something special. It’s unbelievable what changing the order of laying down ingredients can do to the taste. The sauce goes on top of the cheese. I like that the crust is not too thick. They have many locations so if you’re around any do yourself a favor and give them a try.

I have been going to Albert’s Pizza Shop for over 30 years now & it is by far the best pizza I’ve ever had. I have never tasted any other pizza that compares to an Albert’s square slice. It is truly a one of a kind pizza!!!!!

I am not a person to complain without cause, but if a mistake is done more than once, its okay, but 4 times, that is quite a bit disappointing, the delivery order has been wrong 4 times by now, and to further notice, your drivers may be overwhelm by delivery, but leaving food sitting on the ground is quite upsetting, the 2 stars is just a commendation to the pizza you make, it’s been delicious for 10 years, but the service is…. quite desiring to improvement.
