Great Pike Bowl, Fast service, friendly servers, and a cool public market location. It All starts with great rice! Love the crushed red hot Cheetos too!

Love the food hall concept and aesthetic at Milk Market! I ordered the blackened mahi sandwich with a side of tots and it was super tasty! The service was great and yes, there was a surcharge of 22% for communal employee tips, but the server clarified you do not need to tip on top of that and it’s 2023, that’s not abnormal anymore. Recommend and will be back!

They have a 22% surcharge for counter service – literally pay at the counter, get a buzzer, collect your own food. I’m not necessarily against that so much as I do still tend to tip a bit for counter BUT they don’t tell you before you order only afterwards, when you are surprised when you order a $16 menu item they hand you the credit card reader with a display of $21+ and then if AND only if you have the wherewithal to think “huh, that’s weird” do they explain the surcharge.

The shrimp po boy was really good. I definitely enjoyed it. The calamari was decent but not worth the price. It should quite frankly, be cut in half. Or at least 2/3 the price. The fish and chips were your basic fish and chips. The fries and old bay on them or something. They weren’t the best. This next thing isn’t specific to albina but this was the first time we saw the CHP fee on anything ever and so it was confusing. Especially cuz it also had the option to tip on top of that. We ended up paying $57 including the fees. Would not order the calamari or fish and chips again.

Disappointing experience. Ordered through the QR code and took more than 1h to get fish and chips and fish tacos. The food was ok with the exception of the fries, they were totally undone and soggy. Overall not worth the price, they now include 22% fee when you order, plus they want you to tip BEFORE you get served and try the food which is annoying.

The employees were great, but employees do not make a restaurant.

I’m always on the hunt for a decent po’boy in Denver, and was thrilled to see shrimp and clam options on the menu here. Unfortunately, the result is simply average, and overpriced. Bread was a heavily buttered loaf with six deep fried medium sized shrimp. The shrimp were admittedly outstanding. Remoulade flavor was lost in all that bread and butter. Fries were not good and significantly under seasoned. Po’boy, fries, and club soda came to $24. Pretty pricey for average-at-best food. Will not return to this vendor, but looking forward to trying other concepts here.

Great concept(if you’ve never been to a food hall) & variety. I was curious why the clam chowder was only $10 and then I tasted it…

Wow, wow and WOW. I’m from the UK, home of fish&chips and I have to bow my hat to the guys at Albina by the Sea. Best fish and chips I’ve ever eaten. Soft tasty fish in perfect batter and chips I could only dream of back home. Alex was super friendly too.
