We were so excited to get our subs! Unfortunately, they were worse than gas station subs. Probably the worst sub we’ve ever had and feel like our $22.00 was wasted. First one was supposed to be an Italian sub but looked like a little kid made it. Second was chicken parm and looked like cut up chicken fingers. No flavor.. Not worth the money. Such a bummer

About a week and a half ago on a Sunday evening I attempted to call the place in order for pickup. First two times a call I was hung up on. The third time I called I asked to speak to manager and was told there is no manager. I then asked who was a person in charge in. The lady on the phone replied that it was Aldo himself and that he will not be back in the restaurant for 4 weeks. It was obvious to me that the crew that was working that night did not care and did not have the best interests in mind for the company and could care less about the customers. As a result of chosen the competitor to order pizza from. Perhaps when they decide to hire competent workers I might return.

Although the food, service, and atmosphere were lacking, I gave two stars because I know times are difficult now. But because my pizza was burned on the bottom and cold to on the top, me requesting over a couple of days to speak with a manager or Aldo personally and never getting contact or customer service, the inability to traverse through the store in my chair, and the so-called supervisor “Natasha’s” attitude – I will never go back. Shame also, this family’s restaurant has been in Rio Rancho as long as I could remember and I even went to school with the owner.

Pizza is good but super inconsistent. It’s hit or miss depending on who is there making it. Manager if you are replying to reviews i recommend re training them on how to make pizzas. I don’t mind waiting 1+ hour to go pick up pizza if it’s made properly!

This is the last time I order here! I only ordered Aldo’s because Davidos pizza was closed. I have a horrible experience every time and decided to give them one more shot and they screw up my order again! The staff is always a bunch of rude kids! If I could give 0 stars I would. Get it together man! Smh waste of 100$! Plus your staff likes to fire back at customers when you tell them the truth! Wow!! So unprofessional!! Definitely will never recommend this place!

Hair in pizza dough, they never have hair nets on. Gross. If there’s this much hair in the dough what else isn’t sanitary? This isn’t a one time incident, we’ve had hair in previous orders also. Not going back.

This place is disgusting. The tables and counters haven’t been wiped for days. Flour is everywhere on the counters where you get soda. The cooks had zero hair nets or gloves and have nappy hair touching their shoulders. Everyone working was very young and didnt seem to care. Pizza was also undercooked / raw. Have some pride in your business for goodness sakes.

Do not eat here unless you want subpar service and food. The workers here do not care about the customers or the food quality. I am hoping the owner sees this post because the kids he hired there are not up to the standards of customer service or pizza making. A brunette in white was especially rude and fought with other customers.

Wow!!! Where do you start. It is Father’s Day decided to order pizza in. It was awful!! It cost me $100 in total between 2 large Pizzas, wings and dessert. It was a total waste of money. Couldn’t eat it was so bad. NEVER will eat there again. I guest these kids just don’t care. I hope the owner wakes up before your business goes under.
