I can’t say enough wonderful things about Alexia’s. The pizza is the best in the area, and we live in another town. They treat you like family when you pick up your food, and always greet you with a smile. The downside is when they go away on vacation, and you realize just how much you miss them and their pizza when they’re away!!

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered a side of meatballs and a pepperoni pizza. The meatballs were quite good. They were large, tender, moist, and flavorful throughout. Nicely done. The pizza was good but the crust was undercooked and doughy. Nice sauce though. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7 8.

Awesome meat lovers pizza. No skimping on toppings. The crust is cooked perfectly. The server was prompt as was the kitchen. The downside was I had to flag down the server for beer #2 and the pizza follow-up that should occur within 2 minutes of delivery didn’t happen until I completed my 3rd slice. I had no issues with the pie but come on the follow-up is critical to good service. She spaced on my credit card and completely forgot to bring it back. The place was near dead at the time and she was way too busy yacking it up with one of her regulars.

I went to South Windsor for business two weeks ago, and I had the good fortune of finding this pizza restaurant. The pizza was more than I expected. The size was huge, the flavor was delicious, it had a ton of meat (I order the meat lover’s pizza), the price was just right, and the service was exceptional.

Take out only, but they were upfront about it. The pizza was a bit darker than I’m used to. It tasted fantastic fresh. However, the leftovers were not as good as normal pizza leftovers. I would absolutely recommend if you were ordering for a function where most of it would be eaten the day of.
