First time there this last Saturday night and won’t be my last. Drinks are strong!! Only tried the chicken empanadas, but they were fire!!!! Soooo freakin good! Good, chill atmosphere, the Dj played a mix of hip hop and Spanish which I like! And staff was friendly 🙂

Alex’s Lounge was a great experience. Our burger, fries, and salad were delicious! Our waiter was helpful and friendly. They have sports on the televisions. When the games are over, they play music. There is outside and inside seating. Highly recommend.

Great food. Bad service. Not a combination for success at all. Because of the great food we have really tried to tolerate the bad service but tonight it was just too much so we walked out before service and went to another spot with great food and better service!

I will never go there again. We ordered food to go. They got the order wrong and after ordering a veggie burger and repeated three times that it was a veggie burger we got a beef burger in the order. The person on the phone said they would replace it and asked us the bring back the wrong order. A waste of time, especially when you’re hungry. The food overall was not good and the staff has terrible customer service skills. It’s run by a bunch of kids so poor management. A waste of time and money. Look elsewhere for a decent meal!!

Ive been here at least a dozen times, and I’ve never had a complaint about anything. Great food, reasonable prices. And they are pet friendly when you lounge outside. My boy Spartacus also approves of Alex’s Lounge. 2paws up.
