We had Alfonso’s cater my husband’s birthday party. The party was held 1.5 hours drive from the Prescott Valley restaurant and even at that distance the food was delivered right on time and absolutely delicious. All attendees were thrilled with the food. In fact, several folks asked about where they got the tortillas. Thanks for everything!

Alfonso’s never disappoints! The original in Payson is incredible Mexican food! Been going for years. But this location tasted just as amazing as the original! Oh and the chorizo burros were huge!

How hard is it to melt cheese? Like dam, this place is good, but if I ordered cheese enchiladas 5 times , 4 of those times it’s going to come out like this..and I live 15 min away, not like I’m going to drive back.. picture is of the inside of the cheese enchiladas I’ma just have to find somewhere new

I think the health department should have a visit with this restaurant. I have always loved their food but to find out when I got my Chile relleno it was ice cold and not cooked at your review. The batter is egg so if it had been sitting, I better not get food poisoning, very unhappy and unsatisfied customer I would hate to see the inside of this establishment.

The worst food ever. It’s hilarious. Have some restaurants think if they just pour a ton of food on something that it’s good.? What a carne asada torta. It was disgusting couldn’t even pick it up to eat was terrible.

Large portions but the meat was a little overdone and all the toppings made the crispy flautas soggy. My son was thrilled with the taco that was almost as big as his head. Good value the pricing was affordable.

This was my 1st time my friend Diana recommended Alfonso’s and for some reason I thought it was further in Prescott but it’s so close by In Prescott Valley not far off of Navajo lol I didn’t know! Food was delicious and the way they did chips when you buy them is so nice With pico DE gayo on top. Good stuff I’ll be back

Great little place with big portions and good prices.. the hours are not accurate on google maps so dont show up b4 730am.. and its semi truck friendly if you look up ahead of time where to park on the service drive.. the red sauce is hotter than the green sauce but both are very good.
