Spent over $40, and they can’t get your order right not once but twice! The food was disgusting and the supposed Carne Asada was Chopped so fine it looks like ground beef. The lady at the window had a major attitude for someone in customer service.

This to me is the only place where I like thier plain shredded chicken burrito, it’s been getting a little to salty the times I’ve ordered & your Cashier/Order taker Girl has a really bad attitude. Keep in mind I’m not asking for a free burrito I’m paying for it (not cheap either) I told her what I asked for and she charged me 4.00 on top of that.. WTH!! She is straight out rude..I would of said something but I did my best to refrain! Horrible to have that as your people person in this kind of business.. I’m sure others had to have complained.. Alfredo’s food has really changed for the worse. Before there carne asada super nachos were so delicious. They had a sauce on the nachos that brought out the flavor. Now the nachos are so dry, plain with no flavor. There was hardly any guacamole and sour cream. These nachos are not worth the $15.99!! I would never recommend them to anybody! The horchata was sad tasting too.

Ordered a Chile verde plate and I was so hungry excited to eat it and I was so disappointed when I took the first bite. It was extremely salty and the beans tasted like canned refried beans. The only good thing was the rice.

Food wasn’t good at all the service at the drive thru sucks when they take your order they don’t hear what you don’t want in your order they put the things you ask them not to put in they still put it in plus food wasn’t that great at all sucked never again will I eat there
