My husband & I decided to eat here with the good online reviews we had read. However, upon receiving our food we had 2 cockroaches crawling on our table. We let the waitress know and she shrugged it off as a “yeah we know, I’m sorry”. NEVER AGAIN. There’s no excuse for this filthiness of a “restaurant”.

This was an incredible experience. The staff is amazing. Service with a smile. My waitress was in training and both her and her trainer were so very friendly. Watching her boss train her made me want to work here too! My steak was very tender and delicious and the iced tea was perfect. This restaurant made me feel like I had a genuine home cooked meal at the ranch!

The quality of food has really gone down at Alredo’s restaurant, I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to eating their food again while visiting Pecos. I heard they changed chefs and the quality went down. The chile rellenos were split open and two meat that was over salted was placed over the slit, really! The chile relleno was also over cooked and looked blackened and the batter was almost gone. The rice was overcooked and clumpy. The red enchiladas had no flavor besides the salty taco meat added to them. The green enchiladas looked unappetizing, the fried shrimp was overcooked and burnt on spots, besides it being frozen pre-battered shrimp. The chicken fried steak was pre-battered frozen processed and had no flavor, besides it gave my husband an upset stomach after he ate it. I was very disappointed in the quality of food and the prices were too high for that poor quality. Highway robbery!

Ate there in January 2018. Food was ok – a little pricy – ordered the chile rellenos plate see pic. it was a bit greasy but it was good overall – they serve chips and salsa with your meal.
