Ordered on Uber eats and forgot one dessert. Our taco order was wrong AND they forgot to even complete one of them. Quesadilla was super greasy and chunks of chewy fat. Bland rice. The churro seemed stale. Horchata was decent.

The carne asada burrito was disgusting. It was 99% meat and 1% pico and guac. I know for a fact chef Carlos doesn’t wash his hands after using the bathroom and I know he doesn’t wear gloves when making the food. As someone that has worked in many kitchens, this place should get shut down. Not looking forward to the food poisoning I’m about to have.

Can you please cook same food as the previous owner that sold the restaurant. If you’re going to make nachos can you please use fresh tortillas as the previous owner and not use chips. we can tell the nachos are not cooked like previous owner. As they used fresh tortilla chips and you use chips that are not even fresh or from tortillas that are fresh. This is a reason why I won’t buy here again. Taste has changed.

Sadly this is not the alibertos I remember. The rolled tacos are way smaller over cooked and honestly seemed like taquitos you get in a box frozen. I also asked for just cheese and sour cream. I got no cheese and guacamole. I won’t be back to the everett location. I’ll stick with the original in mountlake terrace their food was still quality last time I was there.
