This place is vibe. There’s guitars hanging from the wall and a dude was just pluckin away when I swung by on a Monday afternoon. Looks like an awesome place for live music, the staff is super fun and friendly. Took my food to go, the fish and chips are stellar.

Alice’s is a homer treasure. Excellent selection for beer. Decent food and great ambiance and bands, etc. they do have a major problem past few years on having too few of bartenders. Unfortunately, this has resulted in VERY bad pours on busy times. Like – very bad! Please please – I know things are crazy but pouring 12 ounces in a 16 oz pint glass is nearly criminal. It’s sorta a running joke now it’s so often. (This is NOT a 1 time event)

Great spot for dinner with friends. Excellent food with warm and friendly service. We were even treated to live music whit was outstanding. Great choice for a reasonably priced and tasty bar food dinner while in Homer.

Had one of the best bacon burgers in a long while. Drinks were good. Only 3 stars for service simply because the bar tender also had to double as waiter. There was a good crowd there at the time, so the wait time was long. Super nice bar tender though and really did very well with a great attitude! He needs more help.

The locals suggested the pizza at Alice’s. Now we understand why– our pizza was PERFECT! We also ordered onion rings and garlic bread to share– DELICIOUS! Their Mago Mimosa was so refreshing and delicious. We would definitely go back!

This is a great local restaurant and bar that’s not a tourist trap. Will often sits at the table with you and talks to you like family while taking your order. He makes the experience of this place even better with his friendly and welcoming demeanor. Occasionally you’ll cross paths with the Kilcher family (Life Below Zero) in here as well. I’ve tried Crabby Patties down on the Spit a few times, but thier attitude always drives me back to my favorite restaurants, and Alice’s is in my top 3.

We ordered the bag of burgers for delivery. 6 cheeseburgers and 2lbs of fries for $40. The only thing better than the amazing deal and having it delivered to the door was how good the food was!

We pulled into town early in the afternoon and this was the only place open. Excellent selection of hearty food and great selection of brews & cocktails. What a great find for us! Angel was running the whole place…superb service with a full house of customers. Personal pick the Cubano with Blue Raspberry Hard Kombucha.

I’m a little on the fence with some of the food at Alice’s, but I really like the hamburgers (the bag ‘o’ burgers and the regular ones). The staff can get a little overwhelmed on busy nights but I’ve always enjoyed the building and location too.
