Beautiful patio and the live piano music was great! The hours online are completely wrong and they say nothing online of Sunday brunch. Very difficult to plan when all the available information is wrong. Burger was good, not great. Brunch selection was extremely limited.

Food was really good. Calamari was an excellent appetizer. We had steak and pasta and both were excellent.

Saturday night fairly busy but no wait. Hostess and server very helpful and attentive, so high marks for service. Big variety of beer (tap and bottle) at $5. Large selection of flatbreads (basically pizza) which made a great appetizer, we also ordered the calamari, both were excellent. Several in my party ordered the chicken dish which came with plain spaghetti noodles as a side, (no seasoning, no cheese) a big miss. No-one ate theirs. I and several others ordered the lasagna, which came as a tall cylinder, see picture, good flavor. No salad was included, so $20 for lasagna and $11 for a Caesar salad, $31 total for the pasta dish. Pricy by Chattanooga standards, especially when no bread was included.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Everything we had was delicious. The flavors are bold and bright, the meat is cooked to perfection, and the charcuterie board is amazing! If you’re ready for a classy experience in Chatt, check this place out. The new chef is taking this place to the next level. I will be back often.

Started with a charcuterie with stone ground mustard, marcona almonds, orange marmalade, manchego, stilton, and fontina.

I’ve been to Alimentari several times and it is usually a hit but it’s sometimes a miss. I would normally rate this as a 4 but the trend is closer to a 3 in terms of price vs food quality and service. This hip Chatt westside place can be super fun, especially in the summer. The charcuterie and cheese plates are artfully presented and quite good; but they’re a little short if you have more than 4 people. We almost always have a good time. Tonight, the dishes for the table came out together and quickly, as it should for a slow weeknight. The entrees were good, but not as exceptional as they sometimes are. I guess the chefs rotate? For a quality place, I expect food prep to be right the 1st time. I ordered the flank steak medium-rare and it came out rare, if not raw. Picture included. It was remedied after pointing it out, but it messed with the experience. Server was friendly but not attentive. There has to be some proactivity with the table and it didn’t happen. I know that the owner pours himself into his restaurants…he is always around. So, it’s disappointing when things aren’t consistently solid at this level of an establishment. I just hate to flag down a waiter who is chatting it up with colleagues at the bar to order dessert and coffee, so we left without it and still had a $55 per person check with tip. I will be back in anticipation of a delightful dining experience. I hope it works out.

The spaghetti bolognese was great, even had a spicy kick that set it off. Had the bruschetta for an appetizer and the heirloom tomatoes were amazing with the vinaigrette . Servive couldnt be better, the inside is spacious and quite, great window views. A must for those that have a broad sense of taste.

Everything was delicious and beautiful! The pasta is all handmade and cooked al dente. My brother got the Springer Chicken entree and it was my entire family’s favorite. It was soooo yum. The gnocchi was some of the best I’ve ever had and the beet salad was perfectly balanced. And Chai Panna Cotta is a must try!
