Quite a disappointing experience. I had read that many people enjoyed their calzones, and as a calzone lover, I went to go try them out. Pretty bug let down in most ways. I tried the medium sized cheese calzone.

Terrible service ordered a pizza through door dash. Have an issue with door dash with your store. Have to wait another 40 mins after waiting for the order to accepted and then when I show up. I get handed the pizza without cheese triangles they don’t look over the food before handing it out. I open the box outside and the pizza was smaller than a large missing a portion of topping on one side and I walk back in ask for a manager and they say there isn’t a manager there. So this is how you conduct buisness. I won’t be coming back.

I wanted to support a local business, especially during covid time. Unfortunately, I was sadly disappointed with the customer service and food quality. I am not sure what happened from years ago, but something changed. Possibly ownership. Food seriously came almost 20 minutes later than quoted. Food was cold and that was the most disappointing part. Sandwiches were under cooked and soggy. The chips were cooked a little too well done. I am sorry that I gave Alioto’s another try because I totally regret it!

After all these years and all of the other pizza places, I’ve finally tried this one. I ordered a 16 cut Sicilian. Got it home, opened the box and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone at the shop was friendly and not “too busy” to answer questions or take customer’s orders. This is definitely the start of a good thing. I’m picky about my pizza. These guys just climbed into my top 2. That’s tough to do on a first visit. I can’t wait to try out more of the menu.
