Visited for the first time tonight! It was a pleasure. First impression was that for a “dive bar” they have a fancy but not too fancy menu. We each paid $25ish for an entree, drink each, and appetizer. I was most impressed by how clean it was. Aside from one french fry on the ground it was absolutely spotless. As a germaphobe I absolutely loved the wrapped plastic ware on the tables. The food was fast and everything was really good. We decided to come because they have a few vegan options and my friend is vegan so it was a good fit! She had “the roasted” which she loved. I had the Cesar salad which was standard and good! We split the quac and chips. Both were good and house made and reasonably priced. The owner came in toward the end which really amped up the atmosphere, everyone was glad to see her! Thank you for a great experience! If I had two recommendations, the roasted should come with rice instead of chips and the menu on their website should be accurate! I tried to look it over before going to no avail. Overall great and will be back!

Anymore it’s hard to find a restaurant that has PFP, but Ali’s has it all. The People at Ali are great, the staff and regulars are friendly, inviting and appreciative. They make you feel like you’re part of the family when you walk in. The Food is consistent and delicious, I’ve been here 30+ times before writing this review and I’ve ordered Thai chili wings 25/30 and I’ve never been disappointed by them or anything else on the menu. Lastly the Price! 2 drinks and an entree for under $25 it’s unheard of in 2023. In recap if you’re looking for good People, Food and Price then Ali’s is the place for you.

It’s a Secret
Great local place. We’re in town from Louisville, and we felt right at home! Bartender/ server was cool AF! Met the owner Ali, and she was so friendly and genuine! They have darts, and ping long and pool. Oh yeah, and btw the food…..OMG the food was fire! Poutine fries are to die for, burgers were so tasty! Highly recommend this place for locals, or those just visiting.

First time going there. We were too late for food, so no opinion on that. I hear it is phenomenal though. Laid back place with plenty of bar seats and tables to cater to your preference. We sat at the bar. Servers were great! Never had to ask for anything, they were on top of it the whole time. Will definitely go back.

Ali’s is a great neighborhood spot to eat or drink at. We’ve been perfectly comfortable bringing the kids during daytime/dinner hours. Has more of a bar scene later at night. Food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the poutine and burgers. Beer selection rotates with local favorites included. Great for after a Madeira game or just hanging out with friends.

I had heard the food was good, so stopped by for dinner with my mom and daughter. The atmosphere is dive-y and simple, but clean. There aren’t a ton of draft beer options, but the ones they had were pretty varied, so that was nice. The service was excellent – the bartender was attentive and kind, even as more folks showed up. My toddler LOVED the fries, the tacos are really good, and the Caesar salad I ordered was a good portion size, so I was still able to finish the food my toddler didn’t eat (IYKYK). I’m already planning to try a burger next time we go, because they look really good. Would not hesitate to go back or recommend to friends!
