Worst cold food I ever had. They just reheated the trip tip and the ribs. Mac&cheese reheat and the potato salad not fresh!! I got mad that I paid for overheated food . 28.99. Not worth it . I will not recommend it at all.. I just try it for the first and last time. Won’t go back again!! I couldn’t head back for a refund but I was late for work . So the food made it to the trash.

Trash all over out side of restaurant. Dirty and cluttered inside. Food was served on Styrofoam and plastic utensils. Workers eating and doing paperwork in middle of tables. Instead of music they had the volume up on a TV show but TV was off. The baby back ribs were so hard and over cooked. They seemed to have been cooked the day before and reheated in microwave.

This is a good barbecue joint. 3.5 stars, solidly good. The grilled chicken is filling and the sauce is tangy and mildly sweet. The decor is a little immature with all the Budweiser flags, but sports fans will like the TVs showing sports game and highlight shows. The food is up relatively quick, in about 15 minutes. It is fairly empty inside, but the outdoor seating is nice to enjoy the weather.

Nice big kitchen and the smell of the wood burning stove makes me hungry! Prices are good here and the staff is very friendly. They are adding outdoor seatings also. Food may take a bit longer to prepare but you can’t have quality food at microwave speeds.

My family and I have eaten there many times and will keep coming back. We have enjoyed their ribs, grilled checken and tri tip dinners, as well as BBQ chicken and pulled pork sandwich lunches, among others. We’re glad they moved from Northridge to our West Hills neighborhood.

Had dinner last night at their new location on Platt & Vanowen (used to be a Chinese Restaurant) – The food was fantastic! I had the Tri-Tip & Chicken plate (2 pieces of chicken), Roasted Potatoes, and Cornbread. Everything was very tasty. I had been to their Northridge location a couple of times, but thoroughly enjoy this location more. Their smoker for the meats is right outside the front door to get into the restaurant – which means that BBQ smell follows you in and follows you out. Will definitely come back!

I was surprised to see this place empty, considering how packed the shopping center was. However, the slow service, the ketchup and hot sauce bottles that have crusted on old food and whose contents look brown, and the burnt rubbery chicken explained it. The counter staff struggled with clear communication. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the mac and cheese, though not very cheesey, had an interesting smokey flavor and was tasty.

Food is honestly great, freshly cooked and tastes real good and wholesome. No corners are cut and the Mac n Cheese is incredible. First day in LA and this spot really made it a great trip so far. 10/10 recommend
