This place has horrible customer service! I have ordered from here a few times, so they been sending me emails and text, offering a $3 off my next order. When I went to pick up my order and mentioned my discount, the cashier got the manager. He came over and said they don’t do discounts. He stated that probably another location. I gave him the address and showed him the email. He said “we don’t do discounts“. I told him to cancel my order due to the attitude I receive. I will never patronize this place again! And it was extremely hot in that place.

Today I visited All Star Wings on hwy 64, my last visit. 1. The cashier, Jaimee, has no reason and lacks the experience in customer service, more less representing any establishment. She is very rude, and arrogant, with a snotty disposition. 2. Extra veggies on the side were very cold, as well as the honey gold sauce. 3. And they talked about people who called orders in, cracking jokes about the order. Don’t take my word for it; just my experience. Go to Supreme Wings; I just didn’t feel like the ride in the rain. 26 Nov 22 order number 60.

Came in around 8pm and ordered a 25 piece whole wing with fries, the restaurant looked very clean and the staff was friendly, the cashier had a nice conversation with everyone inside while waiting on food. She told us about how great the owner of the company was and how helpful he is to everyone. Food came out in a timely manner, got home and the wings were phenomenal.half honey hot amd half lemon pepper. The fries were also amazing and wasnt soggy or undercooked like some places I’ve visited. They have definitely won me over to return

Normally a good experience but today was the worst experience ever. Waited almost an hour. Couldn’t find my order. I think they have it to another person then started giving my order in pieces. All of it not hot when I got home and had to heat it up.

The wings were delicious. Not A B J type hotwing but compared to other hotwing places. Top notch. Prices were fair, and chicken was decent size. The counter young lady was very friendly and professional. Ordered on the phone and was ready when I arrived 15 minutes later.

Very disappointed. The wings were fried too hard or they were old wings. Wing are too small and have little to no meat on them. Fries were cold and hard also. I THOUGHT THEIR FOOD WAS COOK TO ORDER BUT GUESS NOT. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Today I called at least 10 times to place my order but no answer. I didn’t want to place an order online so as to avoid a credit card fee. I decided to just go in and order since it’s just 1 minute from my work. I walked in and the phones were ringing off the hook with nobody answering them. Kiesha (name on ticket as server) said do you have a pick up order. I said no, I tried but you aren’t answering the phones. She said nothing to me. I said are they broken. She said no. I said are you just not answering then? She said I was in the back. However, she was not in the back while she was ignoring the many other calls coming in while I was there. She was very rude. No smile at all or any sort of friendliness whatsoever. I should have just left. I went ahead and ordered anyway since I was there. I got the catfish dinner which should have come with slaw but I got back to my office and there was no slaw. At that point, I was over it and didn’t go back or waste my time calling since I knew it wouldn’t be answered. Also, this was not at peak lunch hours. This was 1:30 and there was only 2 other people in the restaurant besides me. Fish was decent but fries were very soggy. I knew I should have just gone to Smackers down the street. They are always very friendly and wings are so much better. I’ve learned my lesson and will not be back.
