GEN is much better and it is at the same price point. The chunks of meat here were way too big which made them hard to cook through efficiently. I’d prefer Palace BBQ if it still existed. For a GEN like place but less crowded, I recommend YakiniQ.

We are always seated quickly compared to other AYCE Korean places. Their beef belly is the best we always order it. Service is quick and nice.

Really tasty. We ordered several different meats and I wasn’t disappointed by any of them. Also tried the honey rice cakes but we didn’t quite understand them – won’t order them again. Steamed egg was good, and the sides were pretty nice as well.

I came here with a rather large group (18) and I was very pleased that we were able to be seated so promptly. The food was wonderful and the service was great, considering how many of us there were. My only issue is that due to the large number of us there was some confusion with how things were being charged. After everything got sorted out the servers kept coming back to me telling me they kept accidentally charging incorrect amounts to my card. All except one of the incorrect charges were reversed. After waiting a few days to see if the money had been returned to my bank, I called the restaurant and was passed around to 4 different people and was told to leave my number. I never received a call back and future calls were essentially disregarded. This restaurant is out of the way from where I live so it was really difficult to go there immediately after the incident. I have yet to hear back and enough time has passed that I honestly don’t think it’s worth the $60 to go back and argue about it. I could see myself returning to this restaurant because the service and food was great when I was there, my only displeasure was with how little help I got when trying to fix the charge on my account.

Food was good, and the selection of meats was great. You might get a little cold there at night because the A/C is pumped high. There is a very nice selection of alcohols (soju, beer). Some of the staff is not that knowledgeable. The pork belly was super thick. The thickest I have ever seen, and the beef belly was very good. Get the steamed egg. It’s very good. I also recommend get some vegetables to wrap up your food.

This place can be a hit or miss. I feel like it gets worse each time I go. In the beginning everything felt pretty top quality. For example the Korean fried chicken was great and crispy with flavorfull sauce, but the most recent time I went, it was underfried, the sauce wasn’t too great, kinda soggy, etc. The meat is decent, nothing incredible. There are definitely better kbbq places. Also some of the older servers/staff feel kind of rude like they’re trying to get you to leave (especially because it’s a fixed price all you can eat place).

The meat here is very good. Service was OK but it could’ve been because we came close to closing time and was rushed a bit too get food before the kitchen closed. Overall I would come back on another day to see if service is better. Quality of food is spot on though!

I’ve been to All That Barbecue down in Irvine a couple of times, so when I found out that they had opened a spot in Cupertino, I was ecstatic. My only reservation was that the quality of the meat, and the price point, would not be the same as the locations in Southern California. All That Barbecue is located in a pretty new developed shopping center. When pulling up, I didn’t even realize that they had opened a Ranch 99 Supermarket here.

will cost ~$31 per person after preincluded tip for dinner. Yikes. I guess that’s kind of what going out costs, but if you eat (&grill) for the full 2 hours you can make it worth it. They have a unlimited drink special (for and additional $10? per person) which is pretty safe on their end, either you’re too full on drinks or you’re too full on meat to take advantage. On the same tier as GEN, but new enough that they actually have open tables.

Over all this experience was very hard. We watch one one waitress serve around ten tables while the rest of the staff was somewhere else the food was okay not the greatest but when speaking to the staff I learned that we probably shouldn’t have been eating off those plates when we asked to speak to the manager to change the tip on our receipt to go to the girl that was actually serving us instead of the name that was on the receipt he said he was too busy and he had an emergency then quickly left we soon learned that the staff tips all get put into one jar and divided up by all them that’s why nobody wanted to work
