just adding on to my dad’s review on behalf of me and my sister. if i could but zero stars i would. zero stars doesn’t even satisfy it, in my opinion it would be in the negatives. pizza places need to not serve breakfast. I ordered french toast and i received a barley cooked piece of bread and egg. im telling there was no cinnamon or sugar just toast soaked with uncooked egg on toast. and my sisters breakfast wrap had cheese that wasn’t even melted and the tortilla looked old. please stick to just pizza, if you’re even good at that. Will never order food from them again, even if it’s the last place in town.

I got a pizza with sausage and cheese and it was delicious. It was like eating a thin and crispy. French fries were great. No more ordering from Folcroft Original. There service sucks. Highly recommend to everyone.

i’m not usually one to leave reviews and I probably shouldn’t while I’m upset but I’m gonna do it anyway. I order from all town all the time and I spent at least $80 there every time I order for my four person family. Plus tonight I had three extra people, I really only order their pizza fries and cheese steaks which are all good no issues there. When I do order pizza, I order the same thing every time a cheesesteak pizza just steak and cheese no sauce nothing else on it. Tonight I ordered through the Slice app and put those instructions in the special instructions on the app. Then a representative from all town called me to clarify that I just wanted steak and cheese on the pizza which I confirmed and thanked him for taking the extra step and calling me. The food was here quick however it was wrong there was sauce on the pizza so I called back. They told me they would replace them. 30 seconds later , they call me back and tell me they talk to the owner and he said he would replace one pizza but not the other. Mind you the pizzas were both untouched. I told the guy I don’t want to keep one because I don’t have anyone here that will eat it , obviously that’s why I’m asking for them to be replaced. So the guy says he understands and he will replace both. 30 minutes later the driver shows up with one corrected pizza. I called back and said what I said, but what can I do? They’re not gonna replace it. they told me they would give me discount on my next order. I don’t think I’m going to order from there again so that doesn’t help me either. All I have to say is in today’s economy with how high prices are, everyone’s money and time is valuable. This is not the right time to take advantage of people . especially your loyal customers.

Please don’t order here. The customer service is horrible. The young woman who took my order hung up in my ear while I was placing my order. I called back she got disrespectful and refuse to take my order. All because I had a big order. I was once a loyal customer but I don’t feel comfortable ever ordering from this place. They need to hire better and professional employees.
