I got 3 spicy beef Patties (delicious 10/10). A medium oxtail plate (2sides) and a large goat curry( 3 sides) with 4 drinks. Small business, run by the owner herself. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Clean, and quiet after a day I had. Food was delicious and worth the price with large portions. Will be coming back.

Man the jerk chicken just wasn’t it. It had to be baked, definitely didn’t come off no grill. Rice and veggies was straight but that chicken was a let down. Loose skin and chewy meat. Couldn’t even finish it. The lady at the counter was sweet and fully confident that the chicken would be good but it wasn’t what I was expecting.

I ordered brown stew chicken and red peas soup. The red peas soup was chicken soup with red peas in it and the both had no flavor. It didn’t taste good and I did not enjoy the food at all.

A’little outa the way’…we are from Iowa…but well worth our struggle to find. Small seating area was made large as life by the welcome and homestyle feel of family. We had oxtail ( first time ever) goat ( first time ever) and jerk chicken, and plantains to die for, reasonably priced for the huge serving size dinner. Would recommend to anyone in the area!!! Go HUNGRY!!
