Absolutely terrible. I waited over an hour for my pizza and the best thing I could say about it is that it’s completely average. When I ordered, there was no other customers in the restaurant so I have no idea why I had to wait for so long. I walked in and there was no employee there to check in with me. When I finally flagged down an employee to see where my order was, she acted like I was burden and that she didn’t want to deal with me. Don’t waste your time here, it’s definitely not worth the wait or headache. This is probably the worst service I have ever experienced before and I have no idea how they are still in business.

Got a thin crust pepperoni with some mozzarella sticks and was thoroughly impressed! Nothing too over the top, and most certainly far from being the bottom. Would try again if I’m ever back in the area!

Make sure you guys pay cash these people all rip themselves on your card if you don’t put an amount . Also there pizza is a joke thin crust I order the jumbo and they cut it until very small pieces to make it look like it’s a lot but it’s all a fraud pizza disappointing it’s like the pieces are for a children party kids bite never buying here again

Ordered on the phone, Nov 11 a chicken parmigiana dinner. The price on Google search was $14.00 online. The dinner was supposed to come with soup. When I arrived to pick up the dinner my cost was $21.10. I was told a price increase of $7.00 Their menu online was wrong. The owner would not provide a printout of the receipt, as I paid with cash. Sounds like they have a two-phase pricing scam (COVID-19 makes up revenue). Have contacted the City of Des Plaines and the State of Illinois consumer protection division. I am requesting my price overcharge.

The deep dish is really good! we ordered a 9 inch pizza and the cheese on it was an inch thick! The sauce and crust were both very flavorful too. It tasted super fresh and homemade, And It had the perfect amount of sauce. It wasn’t drowning in sauce like other deep dish pizza places. In my opinion it’s way better than Giordano‘s.❤️❤️❤️
