This place has very good food. The employees are very friendly and you can also call in your order to go.

Not sure how this place gets such good reviews? My eggs were over cooked and usually beans are expected with a Mexican breakfast. The hot sauce and ham slices were store bought. I guess I expect a ‘smokehouse’ would smoke a ham, not buy it.

Nice little spot off the highway you wouldn’t want to miss the exit! The had multiple smokers going at once. The place was rustic and inviting. Lots of cool decor. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The meat was delicious. The pulled pork and chicken were decent. The brisket was super good but honestly the green beans were fire yo! They were my favorite lol. Great place with great food!

This is the second best bbq place I’ve ever had in my LIFE! 10 years of being a trucker, drifting into random bbq places across the country…this is only the second bbq place that I would go out of route for. The food here is INCREDIBLE! The service impeccable!!! No time crunch will ever stop me from dropping by!!

I had to come back and edit this review because it wasn’t detailed enough. My husband and I live an hour and a half away and we couldn’t stop talking about this place! The atmosphere isn’t your “typical” BBQ place, and that is reflected in the food. The pulled pork is truly unbeatable – be sure to try it in its purest form, without bbq sauce. The zesty sausage links were slightly crisp on the outside, with juiciness and tenderness on the inside. The brisket…oh, the brisket! You can cut it with the side of your fork and it just completely melts in your mouth. At first glance at the ribs, you’d think they’d be chewy, but they’re fall-off-the-bone and delectable. I wish we lived closer, but we will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Ribs just OK. Out of Brisket at 3 oclock, not good. Catfish, alright but didn’t stand up to the hype. No alcohol . Don’t come in and sit down, you have to go to the counter and order your food first. Mac and Cheese was good..

We didn’t eat here, but our car overheated infront of the restaurant and the owner came out and offered us a bucket of water to help cool it off unprompted. We were waiting for a tow already. If they are this sweet when you’re not a customer, I can only imagine how good the service inside is.

This is a review of their new location in Ennis, but it doesn’t show on the map yet.

Nicely cept BBQ place. Service is excellent. Great response to issues. The brisket was ok. It didnt have much of a bark or smoke ring. The chicken was moist and had good smoke flavor. The potato salad was ok. The banana pudding was good. They where out of ribs and mac wich happens at BBQ places that are open till sold out. The bbq sause was ok as well.
