This place is the real deal! It is truly an Italian restaurant like no other. I wish I had photos of the food, but unfortunately my friend and myself just dove into it. We tasted almost everything 2 people could eat and took home lasagna which was unreal (loved it)! I had heard that Alodia’s was in the top 10 Italian Restaurants in the country, I can see why.

This is close to frozen dinner style Italian. I ordered the Garlic Cheese bread, the Tuscan onion soup and the lasagna. Somehow, they all tasted exactly the same. I imagine it’s because they use large amounts of the same generic dried seasonings on all of it. Also, the noodles were definitely NOT homemade and fresh as they advertise. Now that I know he’s not paying his staff, working with an expired business license and using his 600k ppp loan to take personal vacations while his staff waits to be paid, I can say I 100% will NEVER be back. The food across the street at Keg Cowboy is way better, go there instead.

I meant to leave this review earlier but got distracted. My wife and I had dinner here when we visited Columbia S.C. for a concert. Our server was Daniela and she was simply amazing! Very polite and friendly, easy to speak with and she gave great advice on menu options. We had intended to go back again before we left for home but ran out of time. We now look forward to returning to Columbia for some reason so that we can go for dinner again. The restaurant is just that good!! Thank you to Daniela and her colleagues for a truly wonderful meal experience!

I want to start by saying I’m from nyc and know good food when I see it. The wife and I went last night for dinner. Let me tell you Chef Jon out did himself with the special menu he created. The flavors all came together. We tried the Duck bolognese , Tuna carpaccio, Cab steak, and the shrimp and Mahi nduja. Let me tell you I can’t even pick a favorite. We were loving them all. I’ve been there a few times and always had a good experience with there regular menu. If it’s your first time or if your a regular, go check out there special menu, you will not be disappointed. Oh and Ps , if you love Cheesecake you have to try there many assorted flavors they have weekly .

Food was excellent. My girlfriend had the chicken picata and I had the pasta with steak and a mushroom demi glaze. Both were to die for. The steak melted in your mouth. The service was impeccable. Our drink glasses never got empty and our waitress, Morna, was so pleasant. As a matter of fact she was the only one wearing a mask and that was much appreciated. We will definately be back and will be asking to sit at her station. Really liked this restaurant better than the Lexington one. If there were 10 stars, you would have received 10. Excellent choice for dinner.

This is hands down the best date night spot in the Columbia area. Make sure you ask for Cody he provides world class service and he elevated the entire dining experience. Caleb makes the best cocktails around and always has a fun and social experience at the bar. Ask for Cody!

This place was amazing. We had Ian as our server & he was on top of it! Our drinks stayed full and he was on top of our bread and gave great service. The food was delicious! I did take a photo of the dessert which was also delicious. It was a raspberry cheesecake. We WILL be back. Especially since this was our first visit.
