I’m not sure why Hawaiian restaurants tend to be associated with pancakes, but for aloha, they do pancakes right! Pancakes are light and fluffy, Ube pancakes seem to be the most popular, but it looks to be pretty sweet. We opted for the banana and macadamia nuts pancake and they were really good.

Ok, I’m giving this a high star more because of a single dish – for any pancake fans – you have to try the ube pancakes, perfect blend of moisture, texture, taste, not to sweet, but flavor in every bite. I would come back just for these alone. The rest of the food is average from what I gather, neither good or bad depending how much you like you Hawaii fusion food. But I recommend order a latte – and an order of ube pancake and sit back and enjoy…

I came to this restaurant because I wanted to try the ube latte and ube pancakes. They did not disappoint. I asked for the sauce to be served on the side so it won’t come out to be too sweet. There are plenty of other options on the menu. The only complaint I have is that when we arrived, there was no table available, so we were waiting near the entrance, but no one came to greet us or lead us to a table. If you’re looking for some nice brunch at an affordable price, I’d recommend this place.

Bad bad bad. I’ve ordered omelette with tomatoes and bell peppers with a side of fried potatoes- and it came out bad ! The tomatoes were just thrown on top and the bell peppers where not even in the dish ! Now the potatoes came out hard and not cooked !!! I ate few of them and the when more than half were too hard to eat I asked to change it to something else. And guess what the answer was very simple. “We cannot do that” because apparently I already ate couple potatoes. Bad bad bad, my recommendation before you start eating make sure everything is cook and prepare the way you like otherwise don’t even bother to come here.

Lots of great island choices for breakfast and really good strong coffee. I tried something I hadn’t before, and got a little adventurous with a spicy chicken, bacon, and cheese waffle, good, but couldn’t eat it all.

Id been having my food delivered via doordash, and the food is delicious!!! however, decided to take the family to dine in and discovered they had a ‘B’ on the front door. My heart dropped Needless to say my family did not end up going inside due to this. So unfortunately, I’ll have to give them a 3 because of the ‘B’!! Really hope they take care of that

+2 stars for the ube pancake. The purple sauce that comes with the two pancakes alone was to die for! The ube-embedded syrup was just the right amount of sweetness for me. When paired with the fluffy ube pancake, I went to heaven. Will definitely come back for just this pancake alone!

This is our first coming to eat at the Aloha Stacks Island Eatery in Cerritos I heard this from L.A. Eater or another food review for best eaterys in Cerritos. My wife and I including my father in law decided to travel all the way to Cerritos for delicious Hawaiian fusion cuisines in Cerritos. They are open early in the morning and close their doors at 3PM. The restaurant is close to the Cerritos mall other restaurants and we’ll know stores around it. We found parking right away just walking distance to the restaurant.

Best UBE pancakes I’ve ever eaten! I lived in Hawaii for a few years, but being in the mainland, it’s been hard to find food from Hawaii that I enjoyed like I did at Aloha Stacks. We got the UBE pancakes and they were literally melting in your mouth. We got the loco moco and it was also delicious. Just great service in general as well as delicious food.

THE. PANCAKES. ARE. AMAZING. I’ve had the Ube pancakes as well as the Mac Nut Banana pancakes (with sauce), and they are both incredible. I’ve also tried the chicken & waffles and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty they were. This place is a MUST TRY if you’re in town.
