From the flavor to the service, this food truck deserves all five stars and many more. The spice grade option they give you of 1-10 is a nice touch and really helped make the meal. My wife likes spice but doesn’t like it to overwhelm her meal so a 4 was perfect for her and a 6 was perfect for my tastes. The fact that you can order it from not spicy at all to straight heat really makes it to where anyone can eat it. The lamb beef mix was super tender, and the spices were on point. Every time we’re in the area we’ll be stopping by, it’s way too good to pass up.

I first tried Al’s Mediterranean food truck at an Arco gas station in Grants Pass, Oregon. I was super skeptical at first but I had come to love the food! Two years later I came back excited to give him a visit and was disappointed the truck was no longer there. Fast forward to 2023 I knew I had to find this guy! I was so happy he still had his truck and hopefully moved to his permanent location here in Medford. People might think there is competition but in reality, there isn’t all the other food trucks/pods offer different cuisines…

Ordered several dishes (chicken, gyros, salad, dolmas…) to go for a large party. Everything was ready on time and really delicious. Our guests enjoyed the food and Al’s dishes made the evening festive and tasty. Will look forward to stopping by whenever I am in Medford!

Got the signature platter and it was amazing! Very flavorful and delicious. The portion size was plenty large, and I’m a pretty big guy with a large appetite. Go for the hummus or carrot bomb for the side, you won’t be disappointed.

Came here with the boyfriend just to check out the stands. Only place open was Al’s mediterranean so we went. Best choice ever. It’s now my favorite gyro spot in Oregon. We also had the side of hummus and the plate. The Carrot Bomb was phenomenal as well. Not to mention that the owner Al was amazing. Such a nice guy! 10/10 Definitely would recommend.

So good. Got two salads one for me and one for my wife. My wife ate like 1/3 of hers lol. Al was super generous with portions and even gave us a little bulgur salad as an appetizer. Fantastic spot for a satisfying bite prepared with care.
